My Martial Arts Journey

My name is Iona Millar, I am four years old and I attend the SMA Basic skills class at SMALifestyle Studio Gosforth, Newcastle

I have done martial arts for a year now and have worked up to my orange belt. I have just started school. My teachers were very impressed that I was able to tell them what self reliance was. I was able to put it into context in class when the teachers were encouraging us to tidy up by ourselves. I told the rest of the class that self reliance was doing things by yourself and without begin asked. I have been sharing powerful words that I have learnt at SMA with my new reception class at school to help us all including teachers. My teachers were really happy with this and discussed it with my mummy and daddy at parents evening.
