I wish to tell you about my martial art journey with SMALifestyle in Gosforth Newcastle.

My Martial Arts journey begin in February 2014, after arranging a fee taster session, I have never looked back, I have lost 3 stone in weight with the help of dieting and exercising, I believe there is no achievement without goals and Solo has hoped me prove this to myself this bunch of friendly people have spurred me on immensely, I could not of achieved where I am today, without there help.

This one step, i chose in feb helped me choose a goal and it has hoped me stick to it and this has changed everything, Than you for your on going support and commitment Sensei Dee & Sensei Darren, you have kept me focused and made me believe in myself
